Magnetize Wins Four w3 Awards for Purpose-Driven Campaign and Website Work
We’re excited to share that Magnetize has been recognized in the 2025 w3 Awards, earning four honors across three projects that showcase the power of mission-driven marketing and digital design.
The w3 Awards celebrate creative excellence on the web, honoring agencies and brands that combine storytelling, strategy, and design to make a measurable impact. We’re proud that our work for Little City, the Community Health Commission of Missouri (CHCM), and PreventEd reflects exactly that.
Gold and Silver for Little City’s Recruitment Campaign
Awards:
- Gold – Integrated Campaign
- Silver – Marketing Effectiveness
The Little City Recruitment Campaign helped one of Illinois’ leading disability service organizations reach and inspire purpose-driven job seekers. By blending authentic storytelling, employee testimonials, and digital targeting, Magnetize built a campaign that elevated awareness of direct-support roles and redefined what it means to work in care. The strategy and creative not only captured attention—it drove real recruitment outcomes and strengthened Little City’s employer brand.
Silver for Community Health Commission of Missouri Website
Award:
- Silver – General Websites, Non-Profit
The new Community Health Commission of Missouri (CHCM) website marked the joining of two Missouri health organizations under one unified name and mission. Working with CHCM’s newly developed brand, Magnetize designed and built a statewide digital hub that connects data, partners, and communities around shared goals of health equity.
The platform positions CHCM as a trusted source for data, resources, and advocacy—a space where providers, policymakers, and residents can collaborate to create healthier communities across Missouri.
Silver for PreventEd’s “In The Weeds” Campaign
Award:
- Silver – Cause-Related Campaign
When cannabis legalization changed the conversation around prevention, PreventEd needed a campaign that could educate and empower families to engage in real dialogue. In The Weeds provided evidence-based resources, conversation guides, and digital storytelling to help parents and partners navigate complex topics with teens and young adults.
By combining research-driven messaging with a supportive, accessible tone, the campaign positioned PreventEd as a trusted leader in community health education.
Celebrating Purposeful Design
Each of these projects reflects what drives Magnetize: using creative strategy and design to help organizations with meaningful missions reach and inspire their audiences. Whether through a statewide health platform, a recruitment campaign, or a public education initiative, our goal is to connect people to purpose—and make messages matter.
We’re deeply grateful to our clients and partners who share that belief and trusted us to bring their stories to life.
