With prior experience in project management, digital marketing, research and video and podcast development, Karina understands the ins and outs of successful brands. This helpful perspective aids her in managing the day-to-day processes of projects to ensure they stay on-time and on-budget for our nonprofit clients.

Every project has lots of details that sometimes don’t get featured in our case studies, but they are still interesting and important parts in the process. Here are a few insights into Karina’s work.

I love encouraging clients to reflect on the essence of their organization, what sets them apart, and what they want to become. This moment of pause and reflection enables us to approach each project with intentionality to ensure our clients’ unique attributes shine.

Nothing brightens my day more than receiving testimonials from individuals receiving services from our nonprofit clients. And nothing is more fun for me than finding creative ways to share their stories and our client’s role in making them possible!

The best part of being an account coordinator is fostering synergy between our more right-brained team members, left-brained team members, and clients to dream up new ideas and achieve a common goal. I’m constantly inspired and learning something new!
