THE PROJECT
We began our partnership with Embrace Living Communities several years ago by rebranding the organization to better reflect its approach and spirit of care. Our process included a comprehensive discovery effort that engaged staff, board members and community partners representing 18 communities. We also surveyed hundreds of residents and donors. These insights provided the basis for the development of a new brand name and identity.
New logo
The new brand captures the core essence of the organization, and it has positioned the organization to advance various areas of its mission and operations including annual fundraising, fee-based services and employee recruitment and retention.
Annual fundraising support
Magnetize helped Embrace Living Communities establish its annual fundraising case statement and strategy, developing a succinct philanthropic positioning and story centered on its foundation, Embrace Living Charities, that could inspire donors to take action. We also created a sustained giving program to retain and upgrade low and mid-tier donors. From this work, we continue to guide an annual fundraising plan that includes omnichannel marketing campaigns and public relations for new donor acquisition, digital communications, social media management and event marketing for ongoing donor engagement.
We helped launch Embrace Living Property Solutions, a sub-brand to reflect the organization’s 125 years of property management expertise, compliance consulting and social service offerings.
Fee-based service brand extension
Embrace Living Property Solutions was created as a go-to-market brand that could service third-party affordable housing providers serving seniors. We established the brand and created content that showcased the Embrace Living team’s expertise in the three service areas (people, properties and programs). This was part of a larger digital marketing plan that leveraged SEM/SEO, social media and email marketing to build awareness among property owners and managers across the Midwest and South regions.
Embrace Living Communities believes mental, physical and emotional health are essential to the quality of life everyone deserves. Magnetize created a campaign, strategy and content that showcased the Embrace Living team’s expertise.
